We’re looking for a process-obsessed Creative Team Lead to join our Marketing department at Plytix. Your mission? To keep our creative engine running like clockwork. You’ll be the person who makes sure deadlines are hit, projects are prioritized, and productivity stays sky-high.
This isn’t about being a people manager (yet). You won’t be directly managing team members, but you will be the one who clears bottlenecks, eliminates inefficiencies, and ensures the team delivers at their very best. Think of yourself as the conductor of the orchestra—making sure every specialist plays their part in perfect harmony.
If you love project management, thrive on structure, and get a kick out of seeing a team deliver amazing work on time, this role was made for you.
What is Plytix?
Plytix is mostly known for being the world’s leading Product Information Management (PIM) platform. Plytix helps companies organize and optimize product information and sales channels. In simple terms: we make it easy to manage product data, sell across multiple channels, and drive revenue from content-led growth. All without drowning in spreadsheets.
About our culture
This is the part where most companies drop buzzwords like “innovative,” “dynamic,” and “fast-paced.” We’ll pass. Here’s the truth: we care about people, and we care about doing great work together. We’ve been named one of the Best Places to Work in Spain by Great Place to Work® three years in a row (humble brag). Want to see for yourself?

What’s the opportunity?
This is your chance to shape how a creative marketing team works at scale. You’ll help ensure that our team of specialists responsible for web, design, copy, video production, etc aren’t buried under chaos, but instead can focus on doing their best creative work. From project intake to delivery, you’ll be the one setting up processes, tracking progress, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you’re the kind of person who sees inefficiency and instantly thinks, “I can fix that,” then you’re going to love it here.
What will you be doing?
Managing and prioritizing creative projects across the marketing team.
Owning deadlines and making sure projects are delivered on time, every time.
Implementing and optimizing processes so work flows smoothly (no bottlenecks, no fire drills).
Keeping track of tasks, progress, and resources across multiple projects simultaneously.
Acting as the go-to point for project coordination—bridging communication between creatives and stakeholders.
Constantly looking for ways to streamline, automate, and improve productivity.
After 1 month:
You’ll know our processes, tools, and team inside out. You’ll already be running the creative pipeline, making sure tasks are prioritized and deadlines are tracked. People will breathe a sigh of relief because you’re keeping things on schedule.
After 3 months:
You’ll have introduced smarter ways of working, identified inefficiencies, and rolled out improvements. The creative team will be noticeably more productive, and stakeholders will trust that when something’s in the pipeline, it’ll get delivered.
6 months in:
You’ll have built a well-oiled creative machine. Projects will be delivered consistently and predictably, with fewer last-minute scrambles. You’ll be known as the person who keeps the chaos out and the creativity flowing. At this stage, you may also start growing into a people-management role if that’s the right fit for you.
Who will you be working with?
You’ll be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the acting Head of Marketing. You’ll work closely with your team of course, but also with leaders from other teams contributing to growth.
Need to have:
5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing coordination (agency or SaaS experience is a plus).
Strong project management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A love for process and structure, you get genuine joy from eliminating inefficiencies.
Experience with project management tools (We use Asana).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
Experience leading cross-functional creative projects in B2B SaaS or ecommerce.
Knowledge of Agile or other structured project management methodologies.
A knack for data-driven process optimization.
A dog 🐶 (because dogs make deadlines less stressful).
