We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit to form a part of our Customer Success team as we strengthen our presence in Europe. This person will help us nurture and grow our presence through their knowledge and eagerness to expand into this market.

What’s the opportunity?

This is your opportunity to form a part of an ever-growing international team where you’ll help customers get the most out of our platform. You’ll have the chance to shine as a PIM expert (after the proper training, of course), when you become a trusted advisor to your own clients.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be an ambassador for our brand and culture. You’ll be our customers’ go-to liaison, guiding them through all of their Plytix needs. From onboarding to technical support, you’ll help your customers grow their businesses using our PIM. We love our customers, and you’ll be the one to show them how much. Don’t worry, this is easy to do because we work with amazing brands.

After 1 month:

You’ll be on your way to becoming a Plytix PIM expert. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our platform. You’ll be able to apply this knowledge while you start working with clients. But don’t stress, we’ll always have a team member available to help you! You’ll guide customers through their implementations, and you’ll even be giving them basic training. At this point, you’ll be right on track to becoming a knowledgeable PIM advisor.

After 3 months:

You’ll work with your own customers, and you’ll have developed a close relationship with them. You’ll be the main point of contact for your customers (no extra help necessary—you got this!). You’ll be a true ambassador of the Plytix brand and culture.

6 months in:

You’ll see that your customers adore you and love working with you! You’ll now be an expert on the system and a valuable member of the Plytix team. Your portfolio will be filled with happy customers, and you’ll be giving real value to customers to help them grow their business.

Who will you be working with?

You’ll be working with your fellow PIM experts on the Customer Success team as well as other teams. You’ll work hand in hand with these teams to ensure that our customers’ expectations are met and that they are using the system to its full potential (and many of your team members will be in a different time zone, so this is when your entrepreneurial spirit will kick in!).

Need to have:

  • Speak fluent-level English

  • Have a high level of emotional intelligence—always being empathetic, kind, and patient

  • Be able to thrive in a distributed team while working with team members in different time zones

  • Be an independent self-starter who isn’t afraid to take on new challenges

  • Be a proactive problem solver

  • Have hands-on customer service experience (sales, shop assistant, bartender, or any customer-facing role)

  • Have solid written and spoken communication skills

  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Be curious and have a desire to learn every day

  • 1-3 years experience is a B2B SaaS Customer Success Manager or similar role

  • Any additional languages are all welcome!
