We’re looking for a Finance and Accounting (or similar degree) student eager to learn and grow within the Finance & Administration Department .The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance and accounting and naturally oriented to details. We are searching for a university/master student who is able to hold a University Agreement for 6 months with the possibility to be hired after his/her internship is finished.

What's the opportunity?
Helping the Finance team to control, monitorize and have up to date our figures and accounting.
What will you be doing?
You will live and breathe the Plytix´s culture—just like we do, while you will put hands on invoices and reports. You will also support our team with payments, incomes & expenses monitorization and reporting.Besides it, you will provide support with the company's accounting and clients documentation management.
After 1 month:
You will be understanding all of our processes in the finance team and spending a large portion of your time engaging with our finance team members. Your colleagues will take you under their wing to mentor and guide you through all the financial and administration tasks.
This month (and the following three) will be fundamental for your role. After one month, you will clearly understand all the finance and accounting procedures and protocols. You will also start managing our finance tools autonomously.
After 3 months:
By now, you will be well-versed in all our processes. You will slowly start dipping your toes in doing it yourself without help with some basic tasks and take responsibility over it.
You will complement this basic task along with more complex tasks related to taxes and financial fees.
6 months in:
By now, you’re confident about your abilities, and you’re becoming a valuable member of the Finance team. You’ve established your own flow, and you’re fully capable of covering almost all administrative tasks.
Who will you be working with?
You’ll be working with the Finance team, Customer Success, Operations and Sales teams.
We expect you to:
- Be currently enrolled in a master’s program and have internship hours/requirements remaining, with the possibility of completing an internship agreement with us.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail
- Be based in Málaga
- Advanced-level English.
- Be able to work independently and be a proactive problem-solver.
- Curiosity and passion for learning new technologies and adapting to new softwares.
- Have a nice accounting base.
Nice to have:
- Some level in Google sheets
- Some knowledge about international accounting standards.
- Knowledge on Spanish tax law (VAT)
