We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven performance marketing specialist to join our Marketing team at Plytix. Your mission? To bring in high-quality leads through smart audience buying, SEM, and other paid media campaigns.
This role isn’t about throwing money at Google or LinkedIn and hoping for the best, it’s about executing clever campaigns, running experiments, and optimizing for ROI. If you geek out on audience targeting, keywords, conversion rates, and attribution modelling, this might be your dream job.
What is Plytix?
Plytix is mostly known for being the world’s leading Product Information Management (PIM) platform. Plytix helps companies organize and optimize product information and sales channels. In simple terms: we make it easy to manage product data, sell across multiple channels, and drive revenue from content-led growth. All without drowning in spreadsheets.
About our culture
We’re not big on corporate jargon, so we’ll keep it real. We’re a diverse team spread across the This is the part where most companies drop buzzwords like “innovative,” “dynamic,” and “fast-paced.” We’ll pass. Here’s the truth: we care about people, and we care about doing great work together. We’ve been named one of the Best Places to Work in Spain by Great Place to Work® three years in a row (humble brag). Want to see for yourself?

What’s the opportunity?
This is your chance to own and scale lead generation at a fast-growing SaaS company. You’ll be the brains behind the campaigns that fill our pipeline with the right prospects, not just anyone with a pulse. From paid search and audience targeting to campaign structure and budget optimization, you’ll make sure every euro works hard for us. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product to design campaigns that not only generate leads but generate the right leads.
If you love the sweet spot where creativity meets data, and you know how to turn clicks into customers, this role is for you.
What will you be doing?
Planning, executing, and optimizing SEM, paid social, and display campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
Building and managing audience strategies for precise targeting and efficient spend
Testing creative, messaging, and landing page variations to maximize lead quality and conversion rates
Owning budgets and reporting performance with an eye on ROI, CPL, and pipeline contribution
Collaborating with content, design, and product marketing to align campaigns with messaging and market trends
Keeping up with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in digital acquisition
After 1 month:
You’ll know our target audience, tech stack, and current performance benchmarks. You’ll already have taken ownership of campaigns and started making a few incremental improvements.
After 3 months:
You’ll be confidently managing multiple acquisition channels end-to-end. Lead quality will be improving, and you’ll have implemented structured testing frameworks that the team uses regularly. People will start coming to you with “Should we test this?” because you’ve become the in-house growth scientist.
6 months in:
You’ll have transformed our demand gen engine into a predictable and scalable machine. Budgets will be working smarter, pipeline contribution will be up, and you’ll be shaping how Plytix thinks about lead generation for the future. At this point, you won’t just be running campaigns, you’ll be leading strategy and a team.
Who will you be working with?
You’ll be part of the Marketing team, reporting to the acting CMO. You’ll collaborate with copywriters, designers, content marketers, etc. And because your work impacts the bottom line, you’ll also work closely with Sales to make sure the leads you generate are ones they love.
Need to have:
8+ years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or demand generation in B2B SaaS (ecommerce a big plus)
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, audience buying, YouTube ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit ads.
Strong analytical skills and experience with platforms like Dreamdata (or other attribution modelling tools), Google Analytics, Hotjar, Keyword planner, etc.

Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution (you like getting your hands dirty)
Excellent English communication skills
