We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Multi-Channel team, responsible for how Plytix helps merchants connect their product catalogs with every sales channel: from ecommerce platforms to marketplaces.
The team’s mission is to make that connection seamless and scalable, by building native integrations with an excellent end-to-end user experience for platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce, and by developing a flexible, reliable Feed Management system that simplifies how merchants connect to other sales channels and marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, or eBay.
This role sits at the center of Plytix’s mission to make product information management effortless and impactful across every commerce channel.
What is Plytix?
Plytix is mostly known for being the world’s leading Product Information Management (PIM) platform. Plytix helps companies organize and optimize product information and sales channels. In simple terms: we make it easy to manage product data, sell across multiple channels, and drive revenue from content-led growth. All without drowning in spreadsheets.
About our culture
We’re not big on corporate jargon, so we’ll keep it real. We’re a diverse team spread across the This is the part where most companies drop buzzwords like “innovative,” “dynamic,” and “fast-paced.” We’ll pass. Here’s the truth: we care about people, and we care about doing great work together. What’s the opportunity?
This is your chance to lead one of our most strategic product areas: Multi-Channel Commerce.
You’ll define how Plytix helps merchants connect their catalogs with every sales channel, driving two complementary initiatives.
First, you’ll own the evolution of our Shopify app, collaborating with Partnerships and the CEO to create a seamless experience that drives adoption and revenue from Shopify into Plytix, and later replicating this model for BigCommerce.
Second, you’ll lead the next generation of our Feed Management system, turning it into a flexible and intelligent engine that helps merchants easily configure, validate, and publish product data to other platforms and marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, or eBay.
This position is perfect for someone passionate about ecommerce, integrations, and building SaaS products that make a tangible difference for SMBs.
What will you be doing?
Lead the vision and roadmap for how Plytix enables merchants to manage and distribute their product data across ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
Own the evolution of our Shopify app, ensuring a smooth experience from installation to activation and monetization, and later extend a similar experience to BigCommerce.
Drive the next generation of our Feed Management system, making it easier to configure, validate, and automate product feeds for marketplaces and sales channels.
Collaborate closely with your product trio (Product Designer and Tech Lead), your engineers, and stakeholders such as Partnerships and the CEO to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Define and track success metrics that reflect both business impact and user value, contributing to Plytix’s goal of becoming the most efficient platform for multichannel product publishing.

You’ve delivered the first improvements to the Shopify or BigCommerce experience and built strong partnerships across Design, Engineering, and Customer teams.
6 months in:

Who will you be working with?
You’ll join a dedicated squad within the Product organization, working closely with your engineers, a Product Designer, and a Product Specialist, as well as senior stakeholders across your domain such as Partnerships. You’ll also collaborate directly with the CEO on key strategic initiatives.
What do we look for in the ideal candidate:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or B2B software.
Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences.
Skilled at balancing discovery, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
